A purgatorial trip to China Post today revealed to us the following juicy bits of vital information regarding posting parcels to the US:

There are three different services: Air (航空), SAL – Air & Ground (航运水陆路), and Sea & Ground (水陆路).

The respective prices for each additional kilogram shipped above the base price:

Air: 95¥/kg
SAL: 50¥/kg
Sea & Ground: 20¥/kg
