A Homework Assignment For You! (mass email 2.7)

Great to hear from everyone I’ve been hearing from! I’ve decided that I like mass emails now; even if the communication is one way (which it tends to be, which in turn is only to be expected), I can rest assured that the people who should have access to a corner of my life have it!

Haw-Wen and I have just returned from a stupendous trek through the Annapurna region of Nepal, a mountainous and sparsely inhabited natural wonderland packing everything from glowing fields of mustard flowers to waterfalls-turned-icicle scultures, herds of domesticated goats caked in greenish burrs to teahouses atop 5400m mountain passes. I intend to tell you all about it in an email I compose soon (it seems like a somewhat daunting writing project to me right now … is that any way to think of an email? Well … to this many people, I’ve got to pay respect to the medium, and of course everyone’s time!). However, until then I have an assignment for you which will only take you a minute to complete. (Timely distraction ’tis.) I’d like you to do three things:
我和皓文几天前刚完成环绕尼泊尔Annapurna山座的徒步路线，总的来说花了十六天，一点不容易，却能让我们眼见难以想象的美景。路程中景色包括一连串的雪山，好多活泼驯养马，牦牛，驴，和满头贴着绿色种子的羊，其高潮也许就是跨过路上的最高处的时候，高于海拔5400米山路！我想早点给你好好的把这些描写一下，可是我此刻想先向你提出三个要求，我认为是很简单满足的！
First, send me your current mailing address. If you usually stay in more than one place, please give all possible addresses and when you may be found where. If you complete this part, you just MIGHT receive something in the mail, SOMETIME.
第一，请你把你自己的邮件地址发给我。如果你现在住在几个不同的地方，请把所有的地方的地址给我写一下，并解释何时会在何处。知道你的地址，从我收到什么东西就有可能性了。。。
Second, send me the name of one artist, band, or song that you’ve really been enjoying recently. New music is preferred, but if you’ve suddenly become hooked on an oldie, that’s great too. I’m interested to hear what music you have been exploring of late.

Third and finally, please describe to me one thing that you wish you had done or could do, but didn’t or can’t actually do. Alternatively, tell me about one thing you hate the fact that you do, but can’t stop doing. It doesn’t have to be ultra personal embarrassing disgusting or anything of the sort, whatever you choose.
最后，请你说一下关于你尚未实现的梦想或者希望。如果这些不想说，你也可以说一下你一直以来想改变却改变不了的行为。我的亩的当然不是调出秘密，然后把它用来嘲笑你！这就算是一种试验吧！
